FESTIVE WREATH MAKING MASTERCLASS
Following the success of our festive wreath-making workshops at The Grocer at 33, we're delighted to bring this much-loved experience to our Hemel Hempstead café, The Grocer at 35.
Join us from 10:00am to 12:00 noon for a wonderfully festive and creative morning. Enjoy a glass of fizz or a hot drink on arrival, along with a light buffet, before settling in for the workshop.
Our florist Jane Scott will guide you through the simple steps of creating your own stylish, long-lasting eco-friendly Christmas wreath. Jane’s floral style celebrates the beauty of working with seasonal materials. You will begin by creating a traditional moss base before adding an abundance of fresh natural greenery. Wintery ivy is woven with fragrant pine and aromatic eucalyptus, before Jane demonstrates how to add the finishing touches, including berries, pine cones and dried festive fruits.
We recommend hanging your finished wreath on your front door to create a warm festive welcome throughout the season. Alternatively, it can be used as a beautiful centrepiece for your dining table or mantlepiece.
Our workshops are warm, relaxed and friendly, making them perfect for beginners as well as those looking to develop their floral skills. All materials and equipment are provided,
and you are welcome to bring your own apron.
We look forward to welcoming you for a festive morning of creativity, seasonal inspiration and good company.
